Blog-post volume is excluded because it can reflect marketing activity. The specialist cap prevents a university dental hospital with many specialists from dominating every other public indicator.

- Naver visitor-review count, then Google review count, then clinic name.
- Conflicting hours
- Clinics with conflicting Kakao and Google hours are removed from time-based lists.
